What to expect
- A few questions, one at a time. About jobs you have done and the tools or machines you use. The screen shows which question you are on.
- Type your answer, then tap Save and continue. Your answers are saved as you go.
- Plain words. No HR talk and no trick questions.
- It stops when it has heard enough. Most people finish in a few minutes.
- You can stop and come back. Use the link we send you to finish later.
Why we ask
A resume says what job title you had. It does not show what you can do. Your answers help us show employers the real work you have done. They also help us send you jobs that fit.
Do I have to do it?
You can make a profile without it. But you need to finish the work interview before we can recommend you to an employer.
Tips
- Give real examples. "I ran a press brake for 3 years" helps more than "I'm a hard candidate."
- Say what you want to do next, not only what you did before.
- Take your time. Nobody is watching a clock.
