After your Pre-Interview, we ask you how it went. It takes a minute. The card moves to Done.
Tell us how it went
Pick the answer that fits:
- Wants a full interview
- Maybe a full interview
- No full interview
- They didn't show
- Call was moved
We ask the candidate too.
What happens to the credit
- The call happened: the credit is Used.
- They didn't show: we decide 3 days after the call time. The credit goes back to Available if you said they didn't show and the candidate didn't say the call happened. Otherwise it is Used.
Decide the next step
If you want to keep going, set up your next step with the candidate. For example:
- A full interview.
- A visit to the job site or a trial shift.
- A job offer.
Please tell us if you hire someone. It helps us find better people for your next job.
Keep notes
Add Team notes on the card, like how the call went or next steps. Everyone at your company sees them. The candidate never does.
