Tell us the job
Send us the role, shift, place and must-haves. Use the form, an email or a phone call. We turn it into a short Hiring Brief for you to check. Send a hiring need
Buy credits
One credit pays for one Pre-Interview that happens. We quote the price on a call. How credits work
We find people
We start with the local people already on Lokals who fit the job. If we need more, we go find them, including people who already have a job. Every person agrees to talk with you before a call is booked.
Review your shortlist
We send you a private link to your Hiring Room. It shows your shortlist: the candidates we recommend. Mark each one Interested or Not a fit. When you're ready to talk, click Show contact. Using the Hiring Room
Have a 15-minute call
Click Schedule Pre-Interview. The candidate picks a time from your Call times. You call them at the booked time. Booking the call
The whole process
Blue boxes are your steps. Grey boxes are what Lokals does. White boxes are the candidate's steps.
What you pay for
You pay for calls that happen. Not for job ads, not for clicks, and not for resumes. If the person doesn't show up, the credit comes back to you.
